The event began with a keynote by Gérard Bellet, President of New ERA, and a review of the organisation’s achievements in 2024. A key session led by Célia Rennesson of Réseau Vrac et Réemploi and Valentin Fournel of Citeo evaluated the impact of the AGEC Law (Anti-Waste for a Circular Economy Law) on the French market, emphasising the role of legislation in advancing sustainable practices.
Financial matters followed, with Jeannette Morath presenting EU funding opportunities through the STOPP project, emphasising the critical role of financial sustainability in supporting New ERA’s initiatives.
The assembly appointed a new Board of Directors and approved changes to the organisation’s statutes. New ERA also unveiled its updated visual identity and website, signalling a refreshed communication approach.
